Me and my family live in Florida and we have our house up for sale at the moment. We have always wanted to have a house built for us and are very lucky to be in the position where we can now afford to have this done. We have decided to use a Florida custom home builder for the build. Initially we were planning on hiring an architect and then project managing the build ourselves as we thought that it looked like a fun challenge. But as we started to look into the types of things that would involve, we decided that there we several disadvantages to doing this. Firstly we just do not have the required experience to do this and secondly we do not have the time. Therefore we carefully chose a Florida custom luxury home builder that we felt had the same values and taste as us, so that we could ensure that we got a great design. We also went for a company that had a good reputation and whose work we were aware of. It actually feels really great knowing that we have an expert Panama City home builder in charge of our house, our build and our future. I just can’t wait to show them.
