Have you ever tried Tampa wheatgrass? I was passing a shop recently and saw a tray of it in the window. I wondered what it was for and so found out about it on my computer when I got home. I understand that it is extremely healthy and many people drink it daily and swear that it makes then feel really good. The thing I am most concerned about is the flavor. I have heard of people drinking the shot very quickly down, but to me it looks like glorified grass juice and I think that I would rather drink cabbage water than that! I do wonder if the fact that they are available in a smoothie shop means that you have it mixed in with the smoothie. My brother in law has recently taken up a new career as part of a poker player management team.
